The book [An Entrepreneur's Guide To Purchasing A Business] is a very good rule of thumb book. Chapters 3, 4 and 5 are excellent. I am 53, got laid off a year ago from UBS, and cannot find a job. So I have to either buy a business or go on welfare when my rainy day funds run out. Your book covers some significant areas.
