
A Bethlehem Township car accident involving two vehicles leave three people dead after a pickup truck and car collide. The incident took place just after midnight on Thursday morning, January 28, 2010, at Easton Avenue at Willow Park Road.
Though police have not released details concerning the accident, a couple, Drew and Michelle Sack, who live near where the accident took place indicated that neither of the drivers seemed to have time to stop before the collision took place.
The three victims in the car have been identified as Chad Horne, 22, of Freehold, N.J; Robin Villegas, 52, of Staten Island, N.Y.; and Terri Buskirk, 43, of Bethlehem Township. Reports indicate that Villegas was in the front passenger seat, while, Buskirk was in the right rear seat when the collision occurred. They all died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Rescue crews transported the driver of the pickup truck to St. Luke’s Hospital-Fountain Hill. Police have not released his identity.
“Both roads are narrow, and there are low stone walls that block driver’s view,” Sack said.
The fatal Bethlehem Township accident is still under investigation by local authorities. Anyone who has information concerning the accident has been asked to contact police at (610) 814-6426.
