A: A hearing allows for all interested parties to be present before a Workers' Compensation Law Judges for the purpose of ascertaining the rights of the parties. The parties have the right to present evidence, including witnesses, to determine their legal rights. The Workers’ Compensation Board, upon receipt of an application for review of a judge's decision, may also hold hearings.
