What is a C-7?

A: A C-7 is a Workers’ Compensation Board form titled "Notice that Right to Compensation is Controverted." The insurance carrier must file this report with a certain time limit if they are claiming that the claim is controverted. The form contains basic information about the parties and the reasons why right to compensation is controverted.
