I was told that I have to wait 14 days before I can receive my lost time. Is this true?

A: Yes. If your disability lasts longer than 14 days, you will receive benefits from the first day of your disability. If you return to work with 14 days from your injury, you will not receive any lost time from workers’ compensation.
