I am purchasing a home in Staten Island, how quickly can I close?

A: Normally the process takes 2-3 months or longer.  We can close in 2 weeks if everyone agrees and is ready.  To close you need a contract, title search and closing funds.  The contract and title search can be done quickly but if a mortgage is needed it normally takes a couple weeks to get the loan approved.
