A decision in my case was rescinded. What does it mean?

A: A Board Panel issued a decision which voids a Workers' Compensation Law Judge decision. Decisions to rescind are usually issued without prejudice in order to allow the parties to present evidence or testimony not previously presented to a Workers' Compensation Law Judge.
