A few weeks ago as you may already be aware there was an attempted rape that occured in Dongan Hill during the morning hours. This news initially spread so fast, a week after the incident occured, because the police did not notify anyone of the rapist suspect that was still on the loose until 7 days after. When the information was release by the police and Staten Island residents were warned of the attempted sexual assult that took place a place it left many worried because no one knows where this man is. The police did release a sketch of the man who is thought to be Hispanic, about 5'8" and with a slim build. At the time of the assult he was weirding a black hooded jacket.
In in an effort to help protect the Staten Island community from this man we have decided to take matters into our own hands and post flyers throughout the neighborhood and we are also
offering a $1,000 reward to the person who reports information that leads to the arrest and conviction of this rapist suspect.
If you have seen this man help out and report any and all information you may have about this man.
