Staten Island Accident News: Construction Worker Dies in Staten Island Industrial Accident

New York Authorities are continuing their investigation of an industrial accident in Staten Island involving a man whose fatal injury which was caused by a piece of heavy machinary resulted in his death Tuesday evening. 

The unidentified Staten Island man, who appeared to be in his 50's, was injured by a backhoe at Perfetto Enterprises in Staten Island, New York. 

The unidentified man was taken to Richmond University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) said they will be continuing their investigation on this matter.
