The
Staten Island Advance is reporting a recall of about 4,300 Step2 Play Up Gym play sets manufactured by
Step2 Co. LLC.The recall of the outdoor play sets came after the company received 17 reports of the triangular hanger portion of the play sets which hold up the swings ropes to the upper rail breaking.
The items of the play sets being recalled include the platform, climber, slide area and two swings and have the model number 797300.
So far no injuries have been reported, but the play sets can potential be very dangerous and could cause injury to your child.
These items were sold nationwide by Toys R Us between January and April of this year.
