Yesterday around 1:30 pm a dump truck accident occured in New York that killed a dump truck operator. 

According to reports the dump truck's box got stuck in the air and when he attempted to fix it the box it came down on him and cause his death.

Investigations are still going on to determine the cause of this dump truck accident.
