New York Breast Implant Lawsuit: Staten Island Mom Awarded $3.5 Million for Breast Implant that Went Wrong

As mentioned yesterday in the Staten Island Advance a Staten Island mom was awarded $3.5 million in a breast implant lawsuit which resulted in her feeling deformed, led to her divorce and her being suicidal.

Marie Alaimo had breast implant surgery back in 2003 which was performed by Dr. Keith S. Berman.  The surgery was supposed to be a Level II lift but it turned into a Level I deformity of the breasts which gave the appearce that each breast was a "double bubble" ultimately leading to the appearance that she had four breasts.

Ms. Alaimo was awarded $1 million for pain and suffering for the past 7 years and $2.5 million for future pain and suffering.
She encourages other women who have had a bad experience with breast implant surgery that has left them feeling like she does to come forward and speak with a lawyer to find out if they have a breast implant lawsuit.
