Defibrillator Recall Announced By Boston Scientific

Boston Scientific has announced a recall for their defibrillators because they did not submit two changes that they made to the defibrillator to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration prior to selling distributing the defibrillators for sale.  

Boston Scientific has decided to hault shipment and the sale of the defibrillators and recall several brands of heart defibrillators. 

The defibrillators effected by this recall include Cognis, Confient, Livian, Prizm, Renewal, Teligen and Vitality product lines.  Boston Scientific says that they are working on getting the problem fixed as quickly as possible and apoligizes for the inconvenience he has caused to doctors and patients.
