Dangerous Recalled Stroller Causing Lawsuits

A recently recalled stroller is causing a lot of upset parents of injured children to start lawsuits.  Maclaren announced the recall of the tVolo, Triumph, Quest Sport, Quest Mod, Techno XT, Techno XLR, Twin Triumph, Twin Techno and Easy Travellerhat models of their strollers back in November due to a potential hazard that could possibly cause finger amputations to young children. 

Parents around the country and also in Britain are suing Maclaren for their defective product and the injruries it has caused to them or their children.  A recall was issued for the defective stoller last month in the United States but was not recalled in Britain.  Maclaren said that the number or complaints in Britain were not enough to issue a recall and therefore they did not issue one they only issued on in the U.S. where the majority of their comlaints of injury were from.  Then finally last week US Maclaren began offering repair kits to Britain Maclaren owners to help prevent futher injury incidences to children.
