Jason Evans Associates has issued a recall for approximately 1,300 children's hooded jackets containing a drawstring thorugh the hood. The drawstring can pose a strangulation hazard for children.
The jackets were sold at Burlington Coat Factory between September 2006 through April 2009 in sizes 4, 5, 6 and 7 in black/grey.
The number printed on the inside back of the hooded jacket is 30842 and the number printed on the neck tag is 1708.
If you have a children's hooded jacket by Jason Evans Associates with the above referenced numbers printed on it you can return it to the place you purchased it or you can contact Jason Evans Associates directly at 1-888-683-0063 for a full refund.
